Terms of Service

Last updated September 14, 2026

1. The service

Cronxo ("we", "us") is a hosted scheduler: you install the Cronxo agent on servers you control, and use the dashboard to schedule commands, watch their output and receive alerts. By creating an account or installing the agent you agree to these terms. If you use Cronxo on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.

2. Your account

You need an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password, two-factor codes, server tokens and trigger URLs confidential, and for everything done through your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe it has been compromised.

3. Your servers and your commands

The agent executes exactly the commands you configure, with the permissions of the user it runs as, on machines you connect. You are solely responsible for those commands, the servers you connect, the data they process and the consequences of running them. Cronxo has no access to your servers other than through the agent you installed, and never runs anything you did not schedule.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Cronxo to:

  • run commands on servers you are not authorised to control;
  • attack, overload, scan or interfere with third-party systems, or with Cronxo itself;
  • distribute malware, or process data in breach of applicable law;
  • circumvent limits, share accounts, or resell the service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Availability and changes

Cronxo is provided free of charge and "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the dashboard, the API or the agent will be uninterrupted, error-free or that scheduled jobs will always run on time. We may change, limit or discontinue features, and update the agent, at any time. We will try to announce breaking changes in advance.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cronxo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage, loss of data, loss of profit or business interruption arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including missed, delayed, duplicated or failed job runs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for free accounts is zero.

7. Termination

You may delete your servers and jobs at any time and stop using the service. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or remain inactive for a long period, after which the account data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use Cronxo after a change means you accept the new terms.
